Family counseling
My services are designed for parents seeking thoughtful and professional support with questions around parenting, educational challenges, behavioral concerns, or the unique needs of their child.

Consultations are accessible, straightforward, and free from long waiting times, ensuring timely and meaningful support when it matters most.

I am deeply convinced that early, direct, and clear guidance can restore calm and stability within a family system. As both a complementary and guiding element, parent counseling plays a significant role in addressing and preventing various psychological symptoms.

By recognizing your existing strengths and integrating practical, evidence-based strategies into everyday life, we create a nurturing environment in which children can grow, learn, and develop a healthy sense of self and trust in the world.
My work combines established approaches to parent counseling, including STEP and Circle of Security. The central focus lies in understanding and strengthening the relationship between parent and child. I view challenges not as isolated symptoms within a child, but within the broader context of the family system.
Video-Assisted Interaction Therapy
To make interaction patterns visible and tangible, I incorporate video-based sessions. Together, we observe, reflect on, and intentionally reshape relational dynamics within your family.
Attachment-Based Counseling and Therapy
Attachment-focused work forms a core element of my practice. By strengthening emotional bonds, we support healthy development and create a secure foundation for your child’s growth.
I can provide support with the following topics:
Identifying individual family resources and strengths to cope with stress and promote resilience in parents and children
Establishing a better bond and relationship
Promoting understanding and empathy so that everyone in the family system can feel comfortable.
Raising awareness of biographical elements and transgenerational patterns
Processing traumatic experiences and providing support in challenging situations in everyday parenting and family life, including before and during pregnancy
Situations in which additional support may be helpful:
Regulating emotions
Problems with emotional regulation; for example, the child is often angry or shows signs of anxiety. This also includes excessive crying in babies.
Separation anxiety
The drop-off situation at kindergarten or school is often difficult because your child suffers from separation anxiety.
Lack of desire to play
The child is not playing in an age-appropriate or unusual way.
Sleep problems
The child is having trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, or doesn't want to sleep alone.
Developmental abnormalities
The child does not speak appropriately for their age, cannot handle objects, or has difficulties with movement, for example falling down often or avoiding physical activities.
Eating and feeding disorders
The child eats too little, too much, is picky or "stuffs", cannot sit still while eating or vomits.
ADHD or school/learning/concentration problems
There are problems with concentration; perhaps the child has already been diagnosed with ADHD, or someone has expressed a suspicion.
autism
Better understanding of special needs and support in modifying family life for families with children on the autism spectrum.
Being a parent with one's own psychological burden
Overwhelmed by being a mother or father due to one's own symptoms or biographical mechanisms.
